Today, for me, is the start of my Christmas break. I’m taking a few days off. As usual December has been a busy month but, unusually, there isn’t much that hasn’t been done already.
As entrepreneurs we always have one more thing to do; there are never-ending projects and there is always work that can be done. Which is why its important to take a break and recharge the batteries.
So for my penultimate Sunday Supplement of 2018 I have only two messages:
The first is to thank you for reading my weekly blog and to all my readers who have been kind enough to write back to me during the year, a special thanks. Your thoughts and insights are fuel for new ideas.
The second is to wish you a peaceful and caring Christmas; the fascinating thing about this life is that although it has to be lived forward it can really only be understood by looking backwards. At my age there tends to be a lot to look back on from which I can tell you that caring for others less fortunate than ourselves is the most important thing to do and to wish for others this Christmas. Our Country hasn’t done a great job of that in 2018. I sincerely hope we do better next year.
To your happiness and success.
