Who does most of the thinking in your business?

It’s you isn’t it? In fact, you probably do all of it. You are the master strategist for all the parts of your business.

You’ve been good at outsourcing the DOING of things (like operations, website creation, newsletter production, customer support, social media, bookkeeping, etc.) but you haven’t gone as far as letting go of some of the more strategic parts of our business.

You’ve got an accountant to think about and do your taxes on your behalf. Why not extend this THINKING to elsewhere in your business?

What if you didn’t have to do all of the THINKING?

Successful businesses are able to maximize the amount of value that is delivered (and captured in the form of revenue) for the least amount of cost in operating expenses. The better the profit margin, the more options the business has for how you can choose to grow it. The business that can deliver the most value with the least waste wins.

It’s called your business model.

And if you are the only person THINKING about your business model, chances are it not as good as it could be. Which means one of your competitors could be delivering more value at a lower cost than you. Ouch!

But what if you could outsource some of your THINKING as well as your DOING?

Of course, there are always two paths:

  • Thinking for yourself and trying to figure it out on your own
  • Or get a guide that has been there to show you the path.

One is a lot more work. The other can save you potentially years of time and heartache.

If you don’t have a Coach or hands-on mentor guiding you, it’s most definitely one of the single most important things you can do.

If you need help with this let me know. It’s the key thing we help business owners do.
